The Indonesia Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will organize a program to discuss An Overview of Indonesian Corporate Law and compliance for its members in Jakarta. Dentons HPRP’s Partner Fabian Buddy Pascoal will be speaking at the program, accompanied by Associates Rio Febrianus Pasaribu and Peter Christopher.

With limited seats available, the program is expecting about 50 Indian business expats in Indonesia to attend. The discussion will hopefully enrich the attendees’ knowledge of the current situation related to the advanced corporate laws and their implementation in business activities in Indonesia.
