Following the dispute between Freeport and the Indonesian government, The Jakarta Post, a leading English publication in Indonesia, had published a report on the hotbed issue. With regard to this, Dentons HPRP Managing Partner Constant M. Ponggawa was quoted in The Jakarta Post article headlined “Jokowi Warns Freeport.”

In the article, Ponggawa gave his opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of taking the dispute to the International Court of Arbitration for a settlement, an option which had been taken by Freeport. The article was published on February 24 by the English daily.
