Dentons HPRP was appointed to provide legal assistance for PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) II in its internal corporate matters. Led by partner Giovanni Mofsol Muhammad, and supported by associate lawyers Michael A. Kaihatu and Nashatra Prita, Dentons HPRP team has been reviewing necessary legal documents, providing legal advice on the business structure and a suitable cooperation scheme. Dentons HPRP’s involvement in this project is as a consortium member led by PT Danareksa Sekuritas, along with Deloitte, which provides advice from a financial point of view.
