Dentons HPRP’s partner Fabiola Hutagalung was invited to share her knowledge on Indonesia Post Tax Amnesty in a panel discussion forum organized by RHTLaw TaylorWessing, Singapore (20/3).

In her presentation, Fabiola shared thoughts on the legal challenges faced by taxpayers, their bankers and advisors during extra-territorial restructuring. In earlier sessions, RHTLaw Taylor Wessing Partner Ow Kim Kit spoke on the new global paradigm and the Common Reporting Standard “Towards a Tax Transparent World”, followed by Partners from VDB Loi Tommy Oetomo, Olina Arizal and Graham Garven who shared about the stage in uncovering Post Tax Amnesty challenges, and how best to build on the success of the Amnesty and utilise the new data available.

The interesting discussion attracted attendees who included top senior executives from private banks, family offices and multinational corporations.
