Understanding debts can be a crucial problem for corporations. Dentons HPRP in collaboration with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) organized a workshop on how a company as a debtor can handle a Suspension of Payments (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang or PKPU) process.
