Dentons HPRP was invited by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (“BRI”) to provide another legal training. Dentons HPRP partners Sartono, Fabiola Hutagalung, and Linna Simamora were assisted by Associate Lawyers Nike Astria Malik, Hendra Maranatha Silalahi, and Leonardo Rico Sidabutar as they presented an extensive training program.

Attended by a group of vice presidents of BRI from several regions, this two-day training discussed corporate actions, bankruptcy and  Suspensions of Payments (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang or PKPU), and arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions. Participants and presenters were involved in interesting discussions throughout the program.
