Dentons HPRP, an Indonesian law firm engaged in transnational transactions, has assisted PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (“MLJ”) as a legal consultant in a bonds issuance valued IDR 1.5 trillion. The bonds were listed by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) on November 9th 2017. MLJ will redeem the bond from the revenue from the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) W2 7.7km toll-road which has been fully operational since 2014.

MLJ is a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero), Tbk. (“Jasa Marga”), a state-owned company which is engaged in planning, building, operating and maintaining toll roads.
