The plan to revise Manpower Law No. 13/2003 has attracted wide public attention. Several national mass media reported that the issue has caused a fierce arguments between trade unions and employers. Relating the issue to investment, Linna strongly suggests that the government revise the regulation in order to attract more foreign investors. She said that the current regulation is considered inflexible by most investors.
