Dentons HPRP congratulates one of its valuable clients, PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping, Tbk., (part of Hasnur Group) on the important milestone of the company’s listing on the Indonesia Exchange (IDX). The listing was officially announced on IDX under the stock code “HAIS” on 1st September 2021.

The Company completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rp157.57billion. The aim of this company action is business expansion, particularly in shipping transportation and logistics.

Dentons HPRP’s Capital Market team, led by Partners Giovanni Mofsol Muhammad and Fabiola Hutagalung assisted by Associate Lawyers Nike Astria Malik, Abraham Imamat, Josha Ponggawa, Peniel Alexander Pardomuan, Benny Sasmito, Raisha Puti Diamar, and Torang Daniel Gultom, acted as the sole legal counsel in assisting the Company in the IPO process.
