Dentons HPRP is pleased to announce the promotion of two outstanding lawyers, Timothy Joseph Inkiriwang and Winda Tania, to Partners of the firm, with effect from 14 February 2022.
Commenting on the promotion, Sartono, Managing Partner of Dentons HPRP, said, “We are grateful that our firm has been able to overcome various challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. This year we also invited two of our senior lawyers into the Partnership, Timothy Inkiriwang and Winda Tania. I believe that Timothy’s expertise in litigation and Winda’s in infrastructure can strengthen and develop Dentons HPRP’s practice in both areas and bring more success to our firm.”
Timothy is an experienced litigator. He has represented clients both in criminal and civil cases from the early stage where they are investigated by the police department and district prosecutor’s office, and at various stages in the District Court, High Court, and/or Supreme Court. He has also assisted in handling cases in the Constitutional Court and Arbitration Court for various clients. In addition to his expertise in litigation practice, Timothy has expertise in the International Trade practice. He has assisted clients from various industries in relation to anti-dumping matters.
Having expertise in infrastructure, Winda has represented various parties in this sector. She provides legal assistance in relation to several Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects as well as project financing and government guarantee for the development of the infrastructure in airport, regional water supply system, road, port, power plant and a new gantry system of gas terminal. She also plays key roles in the oil and gas sector, in which she has been involved in significant and notable projects and transactions for clients in Indonesia and abroad. In addition to her expertise in corporate practice, Winda has expertise in the IP practice. Her experience ranges over assisting with registration of trademarks and/or service marks and copyrights, dealing with objections against marks, licensing and franchise agreements, and representing clients in the negotiation of settlements. She has also been involved in litigation against infringers of intellectual property rights.
