Last week, Dentons HPRP hosted two webinars:

• Legal aspects on Business Transfer Transactions (8/11), and
• “Pendekatan Praktik Penanganan Sengketa Arbitrase” (A Practical Approach to Handling Arbitration of Disputes) (10/11).

The topic Legal Aspects on Business Transfer Transactions was presented by Nashatra Prita (Partner) and Akbar Bayu Adisono Putro (Senior Associate). Both are lawyers with extensive experience in assisting corporate actions by domestic and multinational corporations.

The other topic “Pendekatan Praktik Penanganan Sengketa Arbitrase” was presented by experienced litigation Partners, Danny Bonar Sinaga and Gading Sanyjaya. Both have in-depth knowledge about arbitration.
