Dentons HPRP’s capital market team has successfully assisted PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (formerly known as PT Bank Yudha Bakti Tbk) (“BNC”) in relation to its limited offering process of rights issue III, rights issue IV, rights issue V and the recently closed rights issue VI. By conducting this series of right issues, BNC aims to fulfill the minimum capital requirement for commercial banks pursuant to OJK regulations. Each rights issue was executed successfully, and the success of rights issue VI ended the series of BNC’s limited offering process of rights issues that was carried out from 2020 to 2022.
