Dentons HPRP held Dentons HPRP Law and Regulations Outlook 2023 in celebration of its 33rd anniversary. On this 3rd implementation of the annual, which took place on February 20, 2023, in Jakarta, the Dentons HPRP Law and Regulations Outlook 2023 took “The Financial Sector in  the Omnibus Law: Challenges and Anticipations” as its main topic.

Aimed at providing a clear understanding of Law No. 4 Year 2023 concerning the development and strengthening of the Financial Sector (known as UU P2SK), as well as pursuing solutions to the challenges from adjustments and identifying several effects that need to be anticipated from this new regulation, the outlook event presented stakeholders from the government and industry on one stage to discuss the related issues. In a wider scope, the discussion also touched upon the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects and its regulatory implementation in business and investment.

The Vice Minister of Finance, Prof. Suahasil Nazara, opened the discussions by delivering his keynote speech.
