The Job Creation Act has several provisions that amend the Law of Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. In order to implement these provisions, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia issued Government Regulation No 44 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition (“GR 44/2021”).
