At the end of 2021, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia issued Law No. 7 of 2021 regarding Harmonization of Tax Regulations. As an implementation of this new law, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia has rolled out 14 regulations including the application of income tax and VAT to Crypto Assets.
