The Minister of Transportation (“MOT“) enacted MOT Regulation No. 52 of 2018 concerning Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 47 on Aircraft Registration. In general, the new regulation provides for aircraft registration in a more comprehensive manner than the previous one.
