The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia (“MEMR”) has issued a new regulation concerning Mineral and Coal business to amend the previous regulation with regard to such sector. The new regulation contains provisions in relation to the ban on nickel export, as following the promulgation of the regulation, there will no longer be any relaxation on the export of nickel.
