In preparation for entering the industrial revolution 5.0, our ways of proceeding transactions have changed. These changes often create encountered legal problems related to electronic transaction, communication, and information delivery, especially in evidence and matters related to legal actions conducted by the electronic system.

To be able to strengthen evidence of electronic information and/or electronic documents, business actors must have an Indonesian Electronic Certificate which is regulated by a new regulation issued by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics concerning the Governance of the Organization of Electronic Certification (MoCI 11 2022).
