The Dentons HPRP Law & Regulations Outlook 2025 successfully brought together key policymakers, industry leaders, and legal experts to discuss the future of strategic sectors in Indonesia’s new government. With a focus on data center zoning and AI breakthroughs in healthcare, the event provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping the nation’s digital transformation. 

Held in Jakarta, the event was opened by Sartono, Managing Partner of Dentons HPRP, followed by a keynote speech delivered by Okto Irianto, representing the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development. The keynote highlighted the government’s strategy for accelerating data center development and AI adoption to support Indonesia’s ambitious 8% economic growth target.
Panel discussions featured prominent speakers, including: Pandu Sjahrir (AC Ventures), Reny Windyawati (ATR/BPN), Michael Abimanyu (IDPRO), Jonathan Sudharta (Halodoc), Jonathan Natakusuma (Eden Sehat AI), Setiaji (Ministry of Health), and from Dentons HPRP, Trijoyo Ariwibowo and Nashatra Prita. These experts explored the regulatory and business challenges in data center development and the role of AI in transforming Indonesia’s healthcare sector.

The event concluded with closing remarks from Founding Partner Andre Rahadian, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the government, industry, and legal professionals in shaping Indonesia’s digital and healthcare landscape.
